ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Altoona police say they’ve arrested the man responsible for a string of car break-ins throughout the city.
According to the Altoona Police Department, 34-year-old Anthony Gottlieb is facing charges including theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, prohibited offensive weapons and other related charges.
Police said they had surveillance video of thefts from vehicles and they were able to identify him after he stole some security cameras from an elevator at Ida Towers on 12th Street. Read More...
