HATFIELD, Mass. (AP) — A man who was dragged by a bear following a car crash was most likely dead at the time, Massachusetts State Police said.
First responders found the man outside of the car in Hatfield on Sunday morning and saw a bear in the woods nearby, Dave Procopio, a spokesperson for the state police, said in a statement.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — Officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation are telling drivers to avoid unnecessary travel as the impending storm is expected to bring frozen precipitation and potentially icy roadway conditions in many areas.
PennDOT officials say they’re also planning to implement travel restrictions on trucks and other vehicles on certain roadways until conditions improve.
