DUBOIS/CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa — Penn Highlands Healthcare held a ribbon-cutting event for the Stern Center for Behavioral Health, their new mental health facility in Dubois, which specifically provides services to children and adolescents. Officials within the system say that when this facility opens, kids will have access to mental health care that the area simply doesn’t have right now. PHILIPSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — A Philipsburg Borough councilwoman is facing backlash for controversial comments she allegedly made on social media. Earlier this month, residents spoke out about comments Sharon Goss made on Facebook saying that she would call the police on Black Lives Matter protesters who planned to gather in a local park. She also posted other similar comments.
