UPDATE |PennDOT says the Allegheny Tunnel has since reopened following an earlier crash along the Turnpike involving a tractor-trailer.
Authorities have not yet released details about what led to the crash or if there were any injuries.

BLAIR CO, Pa (WJAC) — The Blair County Board of Commissioners announced the decision to close the Blair County courthouse to the public to help slow the spread of COVID-19, according to a release.
Non-county employees who were previously given an ID badge will no longer be allowed inside the courthouse without first checking in, the commissioners added.
Deliveries to the courthouse and highway department will still be accepted.
