Cambria County, PA — Frustration voiced by the public during the appointment of an interim city manager earlier Friday evening in Johnstown. The city’s council gathering for the motion at 5:30 pm. “I wish they didn't hire you. Johnstown building now housing game & hobby shop, studio space and wellness center

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — A grand opening celebration was held Tuesday for the opening of another Johnstown business. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for Bridge and Rising Studio and Lofts, located on Clinton Street. Owner Serena Bridges says the building was completely empty when she bought it several months ago. Now, three businesses occupy the space. On the first floor is game and hobby shop "Wolves and Wyverns" Located on the second floor is a studio space that can be rented for classes, workshops, or other events. Read More...

PA woman poisoned boyfriend's 1-year-old daughter

Authorities with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General have announced charges against a Lawrence County woman following an investigation into the death of a 1-year-old girl. Officials say Aleisia Owens, 20, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal homicide and abuse related offenses in connection to the poisoning death of her boyfriend's daughter in June. The details of this case are heartbreaking.
