Jefferson Co., PA (WJAC) — The owners of a Jefferson County ice cream shop have created a GoFundMe to assist the surviving victim of a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred in front of their business last year.
The owners of the Brookville Frosty Freeze say they want to help the victim, Penny Conser, after she "lost everything," including one of her legs.
Authorities say the woman was seriously injured last July when the motorcycle she was riding on was struck by another vehicle along Route 36 in Rose Township. Read More...
